Terms of Service

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement. One person, one account. The free trial (3 credits) is one per person and per browser; creating accounts to get more trials is not allowed.

2. Credits, plans and payment

• Credits are prepaid units for using the tools. They are not money, have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and are used across every tool at the prices shown in the studio before you start.
• Credits from monthly plans, top-ups and the trial expire 30 days after they're added. Quarterly and yearly plans add credits every month that roll over while the plan runs and expire when it ends.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars, or in rupiah at checkout when you pay with Xendit, and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. Card subscriptions renew until you cancel under Billing; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Rupiah plans are prepaid and never renew on their own.
• If a result fails, its credits come back automatically. Re-running a tool on purpose uses credits again.
• Refunds: credits that were used can't be refunded. You may ask for a refund of a purchase within 7 days if none of its credits were used. Where consumer law gives you more rights, those apply.
• If you dispute a payment that you made (a chargeback) without contacting us first, we may suspend the account and remove the related credits while it's resolved.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload and, to the extent the law allows, the results we make for you. You may use the results commercially.
• You give us permission to store and process your content — including sending it to our AI providers — only to provide the service to you, and for the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm you have all the rights and permissions needed for what you upload: the photos, any brands, logos and products, and the consent of every identifiable person in them (and of a parent or guardian for minors).
• AI results can look similar to results made for others, and we can't promise any result is unique or registrable as intellectual property.

4. What you may not do

• Make or upload sexual content, anything sexual involving minors, or anything that exploits or endangers children.
• Put a real person's face or identity onto someone else, or make images that impersonate or mislead about a real person (deepfakes), or that harass, defame or discriminate.
• Infringe others' rights — copyright, trademarks, likeness — or advertise brands you don't own or have no permission to advertise.
• Make misleading ads: invented reviews or testimonials, false prices or discounts, or health, medical, halal, BPOM or other regulated claims you can't support.
• Use the service for anything illegal under Indonesian law or the law where you are.
• Scrape, copy or resell the service; reverse-engineer it or try to extract our prompts, agents, models or code; or use it to build a competing service.
• Get around limits, credits, the free-trial rules, watermarks or security; access it with bots except through an API we offer; or test its security without our written permission.

We may refuse, remove or not deliver content that breaks these rules, suspend or close the account, and report illegal content to the authorities. Credits used on prohibited requests are not refunded.

5. AI results

Results are made by AI and can contain mistakes — a changed label, extra details, wrong text. Check every result before you publish or sell with it; you're responsible for what you publish, including product labels, prices and claims. We check results automatically and retry for free, but we can't guarantee them.

6. Our service and intellectual property

Garnepic, its website, software, prompts, agents, workflows, styles, templates and brand ("Garnepic", "WEE") belong to us and our licensors and are protected by law. These terms give you a right to use the service, nothing more. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

We may change, add or remove features and models, and new styles and formats may be released gradually. We aim for high availability but don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Suspension and closing

You can delete your account at any time in Billing. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the free trial or payments, or puts the service or others at risk; where we can, we'll tell you why. Unused credits of an account closed for a breach are not refunded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows: the service is provided as is; we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, sales, data or reputation); and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Indonesian law.

You'll compensate us for claims by others arising from your content or from your breach of these terms.

9. Law, disputes and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We'll first try to resolve any dispute by deliberation (musyawarah) within 30 days; if that fails, it goes to [Pengadilan Negeri … — where the company is registered], without limiting your rights as a consumer.

These terms are written in English. Where Indonesian law requires an Indonesian-language version, we will provide one on request, and the two are intended to have the same meaning.

10. Changes and contact
